Is your device not getting any power?
- Is the plug properly in the socket?
- Is the same plug connected to the router and/or modem? Check whether the socket is live: try to charge your mobile phone on that socket.
Restart device? This is how:
- Begin by restarting your modem
- Remove the device’s plug from the socket
- Wait for 10 seconds
- Reinsert the plug
- Is the problem not resolved? Then repeat the steps above with your router
