Is your device not getting any power?

  • Is the plug properly in the socket?
  • Is the same plug connected to the router and/or modem? Check whether the socket is live: try to charge your mobile phone on that socket.

Restart device? This is how:

  • Begin by restarting your modem
  • Remove the device’s plug from the socket
  • Wait for 10 seconds
  • Reinsert the plug
  • Is the problem not resolved? Then repeat the steps above with your router
