2023 Deloitte Technology Fast50 Award

Brussels, 26 October 2023 - Dstny, leading European provider of cloud-based business communications solutions was named the fastest-growing company in the 'Communications & Networking' category at the 10th edition of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50. The award was given to Dstny based on its percentage revenue growth over the past four years, which is 295%. The announcement was made at the Technology Fast 50 Awards Ceremony on 26 October 2023.

"We are extremely proud to have won the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 award in the Communications & Networking category, especially in this anniversary year for the programme. We already had the honor of winning the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 award for "Most Sustainable Growth" in 2017 and 2018. Our strategy and continuous growth in recent years have contributed to the leading position we have acquired today as a European provider of business communication solutions in the cloud.   Today, as a UCaaS player, we strive to make business communication via various channels as easy as possible for both employees and customers, whether SMEs or large enterprises. We therefore consider this nomination a great recognition of our achievements so far. It also demonstrates our continued growth as we strive to further innovate and make our mark in Belgium and beyond," says Daan De Wever, CEO of Dstny Group.

Dstny has further spread its geographical presence and created revenue growth with a number of acquisitions since 2020. In the past four years Dstny acquired no more than 15 companies throughout Europe, UK and Egypt. In 2020 it acquired Panas and Voips in the Netherlands, thus strengthening its position on the Dutch market.

By 2021, Dstny grew to become the European leader for cloud communications in the SME segment thanks to the acquisitions of Telepo and Soluno in Sweden and ipvision in Denmark. In addition, Dstny also set foot in France with the acquisitions of Alliantel and IPLine. Finally, it also strengthened its position in the Belgian home market with the acquisitions of Stuart, Ulysse Group and Chatbot.

To truly bring all those companies and people together and create one brand, Dstny started in 2022 with a complete rebranding. Under the bonnet of the new Dstny brand (previously known as Destiny), all the services and technologies were merged into easily accessible value propositions for companies, partners, and service providers. In the search for the perfect brand activation for its new European brand identity, Dstny found the ideal partner in the Belgian Lotto cycling team with a strong match in core values, geographical markets, and audiences. Thus, Dstny became the first Belgian Tech Scale-up to support a Belgian professional cycling team with a co-name sponsorship under Lotto-Dstny. In 2022 Dstny also entered the German market with the acquisition of Easybell and added UK based Qunify and Tactful AI to the group, as well as Swedish Meridix.

With the acquisition of the Danish -based cloud native company Flexfone earlier this year, Dstny further strengthens its ambition to be the primary contender in Business Communications in all European markets. Dstny was also able to raise additional financings this year, on top of the existing debt refinancing, which gives the company a strong boost for new acquisitions.
