Roles and rights of customers

Your Portal Administrator manages the rights and roles of all contacts in your company in MyDestiny.

  • Rights: which parts of the portal you can manage yourself.
  • Roles: what role you play in your company and what communication you should receive for that.

Rights customer

As a MyDestiny user you can get three types of rights, depending on your profile type:

  • Portal Administrator: gets full access
  • Fleet Administrator: gets access to the mobile fleet and the Insights piece
  • Insight User: only gets access to the Insights piece

Portal Administrator

As MyDestiny Portal Administrator:

  • You can view all information and manage all contacts of your company.
  • You can order online mobile services, purchase, manage invoices, make changes, log tickets, track deliveries, consult documents ...
  • You can easily consult your contacts at Destiny.
  • You can designate Insight Users and Fleet Administrators and give them access to parts of MyDestiny.
  • You are the official and contractual point of contact for Destiny.
  • You bear ultimate responsibility for all actions of your Insight Users and Fleet Administrators on MyDestiny.

Note: there can be multiple Portal Administrators.

 

Fleet Administrator

As MyDestiny's Fleet Administrator:

  • You can manage deliveries and installations or follow up on open processes.
  • You can manage the mobile services within your company: request, activate ...
  • You can easily consult your contacts at Destiny.
  • You are the point of contact or one of the points of contact for Destiny regarding mobile services.

Note: there may be multiple Fleet Administrators

Insight User

As an Insight User of MyDestiny:

  • You can manage deliveries and installations or follow up on open processes.
  • You can easily consult your contacts at Destiny.

Note: there may be multiple Insight Users, but a Portal Administrator must be appointed first.

Rollen klant

Bij Dstny willen we zo goed mogelijk communiceren met al onze klanten. Daarom kan jullie Portal Administrator elke gebruiker in je bedrijf een bepaalde rol geven. Op basis daarvan sturen we hem of haar de gepaste communicatie. Elke contactpersoon kan ook meerdere rollen krijgen:

  • Technical Contact: Een technisch contactpersoon ontvangt alle technische informatie op bedrijfsniveau. We houden hem of haar op de hoogte van geplande onderhoudswerken, defecten en upgrades van diensten.
  • Billing Contact: Als Billing Contact ontvang je financiële informatie omtrent updates over onze prijzen en onze systemen. Deze contactpersoon zal de Dstny facturen NIET ontvangen. Die kan je rechtstreeks bij jouw Account Manager opvragen.
  • Commercial Contact: We houden je Commercial Contact op de hoogte van alle Dstny-evenementen, online en offline. Hij of zij ontvangt nieuws over nieuwe oplossingen, aangepaste diensten (productupdates) en interessante nieuwsflitsen.
