Dstny has completed the acquisition of the Waver-based company Fuzer, a Cloud Communications player supported by the technology of parent company Escaux - which is also part of the acquisition. We are further expanding our portfolio with this recent integration, as well as our position in Brussels and Wallonia. With now more than 200 employees and a projected turnover of 65 million euros, we also win the title of Belgian market leader in Cloud Communications with more than 150,000 UC users.
