Your adaptations to your Cloud Telecom during exit strategy

Communication aimed at Dstny customers and partners.

When the lockdown started, you may have asked us for some adaptations to your Cloud Telecom. So as to provide better support for your colleagues, who would be working at home. And to optimise your company’s availability to customers and other parties.

Soon, more and more companies will be resuming their activities again in full and colleagues will gradually return to working in-house. The adaptations to your Cloud Telecom will therefore no longer apply to the way you work.

To make your re-start as worry-free as possible, we’d be pleased to lend you a helping hand. A dedicated team will address all your questions proactively, so that adaptations can be carried out in good time. That way, you can be back in action straight away when you resume, with optimum availability to your customers.

Make your request in advance to have changes made in time

We need your input so as to carry out all adjustments as quickly as possible. Complete the checklist below and return it to us via this email. That way, we can help you at the desired time:

If there are any uncertainties when completing the checklist, please contact us on +3224869600.

Our support desk will prioritise your request at the prearranged time based on the information you supply via the checklist. If you haven't set the exact reopening time yet, you can still provide us with the technical information. That way, we can react faster when you know more about your reopening.

If this message comes under a colleague's responsibility, please pass it on. If you didn’t have any adaptations made before or during the lockdown, you can disregard this message.

If you have any questions about this communication or application, please don’t hesitate to contact us at exitlockdown@dstny.be or on +3224869600.

We’re there for you - let's get back into action together.
