A defective, lost or stolen device

If your mobile device is defective, or if it is lost or stolen, you can block your device and SIM card.

There may be different roles within your company:

Are you your company’s fleet administrator?

When you want to block a SIM card for a particular user, take the following steps:

  • Via the left-hand menu, go to
    • Self-service
    • UC & Mobile
    • Manage users
  • Select the user whose SIM card you want to block.

Portal 9

  • You can block the SIM card via “Block SIM card” and can link a new SIM card to the user as soon as he has a new mobile device (or has found the old one).  If you have no more SIM cards in stock, you can request them at any time.

Are you a user?

As a user, your best course is to contact the fleet administrator at your company so that he/she can block or exchange the SIM card. He/she will also be able to provide you with a new SIM card.

If you can’t reach your fleet administrator, you can also have your SIM card blocked by a Dstny employee on

+32 2 401 97 00 (option 1). After that, you will have to ask your fleet administrator for a new SIM card.
